Aim: This paper reports a case of mucocele in the left side lower lip treated by conventional surgical excision lesion.Background: Mucoceles are most frequently occurring benign salivary gland lesion.The common site occurrence mucocelein oral cavity is lip. Extravasation type lesion because extravasation mucus secretion into fibrous connective tissue that result from an alterationof minor glands and ducts. The main etiological factors trauma or biting habit. Because its pathognomonic presentation, diagnosis mainly clinical. Histopathogical investigation also necessary to rule out other lesions tumours.Case Report: In this report, developed fourteen old year female patient described. Surgical was planned followed gentle dissection lesion. Histopathological examinationrevealed presence cystic surrounded underlining stroma, which consist numerous tissues lined inflammatory cell infiltration suggestive mucous cyst.Conclusion:Out various treatment modalities, Simple choice, alleviating patient’s distress discomfort.Clinical significance: Oral lesionoccuring children. Thus clinical knowledge about avoid further complications
